Dear Recruiters/BDs,

Here i want to intiate a very impartant issue whch has been facing by many staffing companies.

How we can find the genuinity of the requirements, why corporates creates fake requirements and build there database by giving heavy pain to Recruiters/BDs.

We should take an intiation to block these kind of companies in the market.

Lets became a community, share those kind of companies names and there activities, and finally lets block those companies...

Recruiters lets wake up and take an immediate action..

Thanks and Regards

Sudhakar

Dear Sudhakar

You have raised a very important question. I wonder why no one has responded yet. I joined the community today and I would like to initiate action!

There is no other Business/Service except recruitment, for which at least 25-50% payment is not given in advance to confirm and ensure that the business deal is on!

In recruitment business, we help organizations find their most valuable resource...Humans! But the value assigned to recruitment partners is very low.

The recruitment community should join hands to make Mobilization fee mandatory!! Once the organizations commit themselves to the assignment the have given to the recruitment companies, we can all have a much higher quality of transaction!

Please comment and lets reach a conclusion on this.

Warm Regards

Hi Sudhakar this is Rajini hope you remember me?????? Ur classmate and friend.

It is nice seeing you initiating about the topic i too have seen many companies doing like that. They ask us to line up the candidates in 1:20(even experienced also) but I really doubt on the genuity of the companies after they interviewing the candidates atleast about 15 experienced they simply say they are not up to the mark bla blaa recently one instant happened with us also. They asked the candidated not to disclose to the consultancies that they got selected. I really pitty on such Companies(specially in case of BPO's and KPO's).

Hope we will be intact with more and more topics in future also.

I was just looking at the Forums part of this site and I found this question very relevant and interesting.

Why corporate creates fake requirements and build their database?

As we all know what is the Market condition. Why primarily Companies give the recruitments / Work to their vendors/ Consultants / Recruiters just to hold with them as they discern the organization structure & understand the requirements being a tenure co-worker / Vendors.

And it’s a BIG FARUD in this (Recruitment) industry. Some people mingle with the Management and do lots of Goof Up, which generally remains behind the screen.

If Corporate Recruiters have the Deadline from their Head Recruitments / Vp then they try to rap up ASAP by anyhow. And sometimes they forget their etiquette of work also.

How can we find the GENUINITY of the Recruitments?

Our strong CLIENT INTERACTION and sturdy relation with a reliable person in CORPORATE.

Our strong NETWORK in market since we are dealing in Recruitments it HAS to be there.

We must do Market Research or Survey whether this position or Opening is limited till us or have been handling by other Vendors / Consultants also.

If you are really a HARDCORE Recruiter then you must have the SENSE to Judge a PERSON, a HEADHUNTING etc thing that actually helps a lot.

Please suggest if anything is wrong in above mentioned.

Dear Sudhakar,

I agree with your point. Even I have many instances where some of my external client's play with us for 1-2 months and after that just say we have put the position on hold.

So as a solution we came up with initial fee of about 10-20K from the client before starting the recruitment activity. Once if any candidate get's selected we will get it adjusted in the finder's fee. If the recruitment couldn't happen we need to repay the amount to the client.

The client who is so serious about the position will not hestitate to pay the initial amount.

Hope all the recruitment companies can follow this.

Regards,
PVR Suresh
