Hi Meenakshi,
Greetings@

The same query I had some time back because I was also planning to do the same. Since I’m also in Recruitment Industry, I pulled out few profiles those who have done executive proggrame from IIM and discussed the same.

I got very mix answers as everyone has his own opinion. What I could figured out is Executive courses is best if once you are in Corporate because 2 yrs exp is Must of corporate to appear any course from IIM.

The best to know more on it to talk more with those who have done.

Best Regards

Rohit

I was just looking at the Forums part of this site and I found this question very relevant and interesting.

Why corporate creates fake requirements and build their database?

As we all know what is the Market condition. Why primarily Companies give the recruitments / Work to their vendors/ Consultants / Recruiters just to hold with them as they discern the organization structure & understand the requirements being a tenure co-worker / Vendors.

And it’s a BIG FARUD in this (Recruitment) industry. Some people mingle with the Management and do lots of Goof Up, which generally remains behind the screen.

If Corporate Recruiters have the Deadline from their Head Recruitments / Vp then they try to rap up ASAP by anyhow. And sometimes they forget their etiquette of work also.

How can we find the GENUINITY of the Recruitments?

Our strong CLIENT INTERACTION and sturdy relation with a reliable person in CORPORATE.

Our strong NETWORK in market since we are dealing in Recruitments it HAS to be there.

We must do Market Research or Survey whether this position or Opening is limited till us or have been handling by other Vendors / Consultants also.

If you are really a HARDCORE Recruiter then you must have the SENSE to Judge a PERSON, a HEADHUNTING etc thing that actually helps a lot.

Please suggest if anything is wrong in above mentioned.
