Most of the Companies when recruiting for a Position Even to Managerial Cadre go with Aptitude Test as a Basic Test for Getting Through.

But Aptitude Tests are Basic Confirmation for a Candidate to Check on his Communication or Transformational Level.

Along with Aptitude When Go to Manager Level We can Consider Psychometric as a Major Test.

By Psychometric We can analyze the Persons Capability to Handle a Situation and Confidence.

When Compared to Aptitude psychometric have Advantages as it cannot be Answered as it is by a Blank Opinion, Each and Every Questions are Interlinked and Related.

So Psychometric will be Helpful to Find a Deserving and Confident Candidate for an Organization.
