Hi all



i heard a very strange news........ that there will be a straight 20% deduction on the salary structure in the next 2 months in all IT companies. can anyone throw some light on this?????

yes, I have seen this in one of the magzine.

But it will take some time (not exactly in 2 months, most probably in the next financial year) starting from April, 09.

well, i dont know about the 20%.
But there is a global company who has cut 3% salary of each employee till this financial year.
