Candidate should have more than 4+years of extensive experience in US IT-recruitment.

Manage the complete interview to-hire process.

Excellent understanding of IT products, trends and related recruiting technologies.

Expertise in using internet-based recruiting tools and applications such as monster, dice, career builder, net temps

Conduct phone screens, engage and coordinate the interview process with the hiring client managers and/or representatives.

Participate in process enhancement / improvement initiatives.

Responsible for determining compensation, calculating the margins, designing and calculating the commissions structure for the Recruiters.

Working knowledge of H1, TN, OPT visas, US citizens, permanent residents, federal, State regulations and compliance issues.

Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.

Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.

Have good knowledge of total recruitment life cycle and have knowledge on C2H, C2C, 1099 and H1b.
