The recruiters should have experience working on US professional, legal, engineering, accounting, admin, clerical positions.
The recruiters will work with the Account Managers to support client requirements on a day to day basis.
Thoroughly Understand and work on the requirements of US clients and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
We are looking for stable resources who are looking for a long term opportunity.
Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model.
All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggresive environment.
