If the candidate preferably has recruited and sourced consultants/employees on ERP Technologies, such as PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle for direct/indirect requirements for contract and fulltime (permanent) positions.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Staffing/Recruiting (Specializing in US HR Recruiting) industry with proven track record. Ability to handle the full-cycle of US recruiting process.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and an ability to quiz the candidates in a polite manner to get out their real experince and skills.
Social skills and networking a plus .
