Sorting filtering and pre-screening candidate profiles based on client requirements
Initial short-listing of candidates by taking the preliminary interview telephonic
Presenting suitable candidates
Thorough follow up with candidates upon closure of the position till the actual joining of the candidate
Updating and maintaining candidate profiles on our proprietary database
Creating and developing ongoing relationships with candidates in a highly competitive environment
Identifying and sourcing technical profiles from various portals, Headhunting, and Networking
Processing matching profiles after assessing the interest levels of candidates and other factors like salary bandwidth, technical expertise, joining time, location preference etc
Understanding requirements lying special focus on Job Description & Specifications
Good Technical Knowledge
Candidate should able to work at Night shift
Knowledge about 1099, w2 and Corp 2 corp.
Candidate who can work with US citizen , H1B , Green card Holder and with TN Visa
Good Knowledge on MS office..
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs, etc.)
Strong communication and inter personal skills
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
