Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.

Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner

Search resumes in various available Job Portals

Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds

Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level

Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position

Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement

Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.

Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.

Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment

Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements

Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.

Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals.

Negotiate on Salary aspects Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.

Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
