The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting high quality and skilled candidates in the Engineering and IT fields out of the Hyderabad office during the night shift.
Duties will include building a database of candidates, using advanced search strings on employment job boards such as monster.com and careerbuilder.com.
Ensuring individual performance metrics, efficiency statistics and quality standards are met per company guidelines.
This position will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates to fill US based clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidate must maintain a highly organized office and create a positive customer service attitude with the recruiting team.
Additional miscellaneous tasks will be assigned as required by the diverse nature of this position
