The incumbent has to manage end to end recruitment process for US region.
Should have good experience in handling bulk recruitments for H1b filing. Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level upto a certain level.
Proven experience and ability to source candidates beyond job portals
Experience recruiting candidates in the US including US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1 Candidates
Coordinating and conducting interviews, Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains regular contact with consultants
Meeting recruitment targets within defined time lines.
Bench Sales:
Marketing H1B bench resources ensuring minimum or no candidates remains on bench
Scanning jobsites for suitable opportunities for bench resources and submitting profiles for the same.
Engaging the Bench resource to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements and ensure better selection rate.
Identifying Tier 1 vendors in the target region and market the consultant`s resume.
Ensuring timely submissions to the clients, Regular follow-ups with the vendor regarding the status of the submissions made
Establish good working relationship with consultants / leading staffing companies.
H1b Filing
Must have prior experience working on H1b filing for new candidates.
Should have handled end to end recruiting life cycle for H1b without any assistance.
Keep pipeline of the candidates on different skills and maintain proper documents on further proceedings with the candidates.
Over all, we are looking for a person who can handle the entire gamut of recruiting services as when the need arises. Must be flexible with the work timings, ready to take-up new task with right attitude and enthusiasm.
