Deloitte Consulting India PvtLtd, Hyderabad 2–4 Yrs Share this jobCandidate is responsible for CPE/licensing/ accreditation compliance tracking and reporting, manipulating existing spreadsheets, resource management reporting, compensation reporting, performance management related reporting.
Analysis of data in reports for salient information, including reporting in graphs, pivot tables, and calculations.
Management of distribution lists, email/ voicemail.
Emailing/contacting practitioners as needed per the guidance of the Talent Manager. (Example: to follow up on discrepancies between reported time in DTE and scheduled time in staffing systems).
Suggest process improvement ideas and help support the additional migration of work to India.
Support data integrity efforts and offer ideas and suggestions to improve data integrity within the US Firms` systems.
Receive and monitor Leave of Absence reports from Deloitte Leaves Team.
Prepare and submit all Rewards and Recognition awards, and maintain a current accounting of awards by employee.
Process independent contractor eligibility with national representatives.
Interface with Internal Mobility on internal transfers.
Mid-Year and year-end performance review analysis.
Performance review system management and engagement/project feedback compliance.
Audit goal setting status and report to US generalists outstanding delinquencies.
Prepare promotion lists for national and regional announcements.
Ensure senior manager and manager agreement compliance.
Administer "Managing with Fairness" required reporting, i.e. Impact Analysis.
Manage background checks for client engagements.
Follow up on Diner Card delinquencies.
Follow up on lost laptop reports to ensure that privacy issues are secure.
Maintain emergency response lists, contact phone numbers and email addresses.
Personnel file maintenance
Provide assistance to assigned locations during mid-year and year-end performance evaluation periods such as posting documents to an e-room, running and formatting evaluation compliance reports, scheduling feedback meetings with evaluation teams and consolidating feedback
Complete manual promotions in the staffing system on an annual basis as needed
Provide assistance to keep client and staff profiles current in the staffing system to include updating contact information for clients or staff based on emails or reports provided
Perform queries for clients that may need to be inactivated and track to ensure annual staffing schedules have been input for all active clients
Provide assistance in setting up Excel or Word templates for use by the US resource manager
Provide other reports as requested such as staff availability, conflicts, client assignments or customized reports.
