Candidate should have 0-4 Years experience in US recruitment.
Strong experience in US recruitment cycle
Clear understanding of the US staffing processes/ techniques (W2) and various IT technologies.
Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In, and free job sites etc. to source IT candidates.
Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
Willing to work in US timings Shift timing 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST
Desired Profile
IT recruiting experience (US operations).
Excellent working experience with US citizen & GC on W2.
Expertise in dealing with various levels of candidate’s right from junior through mid-level, senior level, etc.
Handled complete recruitment life cycle - sourcing, short-listing profiles, candidates tracking, follow-ups, HR interviews and reference checks.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Interaction with resource managers and technical people for requirement Gathering, technical screening for huge nos of IT contract staff.
