1) Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
2) Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner and search for resumes in the various Job Sites.
3) Conduct preliminary interviews by phone to determine the experience and the skill level and ensure that the resume appropriately reflects the candidate`s experience.
4) Negotiate the pay rates with the subcontracting companies and close the position.
5) Arrange for smooth conduct of Vendor and Client Interviews.
6) Experience on H1B transfers
