Candidate should have 2 plus years of recruitment experience with much focus on recruiting candidates with technology industry.

Experience recruiting candidates in all positions across the enterprising technology stack.

Proven experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, cold-calling, networking, internet mining etc in high volume and fast paced environment.

Excellent Communication skills is a must.

Experience in a staffing and consulting environment with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations

Strong verbal,written and listening skills

Professional inn demeanor and phone etiquette and strong experience in head hunting.

Responsibilities:

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the daily requirements and job orders from the sales managers, headhunting, building a pipeline of local & non-local candidates.

Coordinate with account (sales) management staff and clients to schedule meetings and interviews.

Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting techniques.

Follow up on Marketing & Sales activity leads, and qualify potential technical resources for further consideration.
