ITES/BPo experience will be an added advantage.
Should have complete recruitment life cycle experience.
Should have good experience with volume hiring/mass hiring.
The job profile will involve sourcing of profiles from various channels for mass hiring, screening and lining them for the interview process.
Should be responsible for offer generation and salary negotiations.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the business requirement and help in building pipeline of resources for immediate hire.
Explored various channels of recruitment such as the employee referral program, web\internet, Portal sourcing and internal database.
Follow-up of the selected candidates till their joining in the organization/ company.
Maintaining the records accordingly (maintain database and update the ATS).
