Work Experience in the recruitment field.
Understanding the requirements given by various functional heads. To plan, coordinate and execute hiring plans.
Sourcing profiles through Job sites / Advertisements / References as per the job profile. Screening and short-listing resumes for the required job profile/s.
Identifying the right candidate to suit the requirement. Communicating with short listed candidates through e-mail or telephone.
Scheduling the Interviews/Test for shortlisted candidates with Functional head/s. Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview/s.
Handling the entire joining formality of the candidates. Conducting induction for new joinees to the organsation.
