The Sourcer is responsible to conduct focused searches through a variety of channels to identify qualified candidates to feed the pipeline for hard to fill and high volume based recruitment needs.
Responsibilities include generating candidates against open requisitions and managing multiple channels as a method to identify those candidates. This position requires extensive teaming across the Recruitment organization to build deep working, professional relationships with Recruitment and key clients as well as building deep understanding of the current requirements.
The successful candidate will have the ability to drive results while working independently but will need to remain actively engaged with the Recruiters.
