Position will be responsible for the Recruitment and Resourcing (R&R) functions of Zensar for all its IT offshore requirements.
This will including establishing and managing recruitment channel partnerships including RPO partners and handling direct recruitment through a dedicated recruitment team.
Position will be responsible for recruitment at all levels including campus recruitments and managerial recruitment.
The position will also be responsible for Resource Management which includes tracking and leveraging the internal resources for all new requirements.
The position will report to the Global Head of Talent Management and will be based out of Pune.
