Experience in volume hiring/ mass hiring is mandate
Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle
Making fitment, negotiating salary and rolling offers to the selected candidates.
Handling weekend drives and walk-in interviews
Conducting telephonic interviews for necessary candidates against the required skill sets
Coordinating with vendors (consultants) for the voice requirements.
Post interview follow-ups until the candidate gets on board
Managing reports relevant to the entire recruitment process, forecasts, pipelines, etc
