Pro-active account management in collaboration with the sales personnel as well as management of the recruitment team
Seeking a hands-on, energetic recruitment manager with a broad business and technical perspective, coupled with demonstrated recruitment experience
Who would inspires confidence, commands respect, and is a natural leader with a coaching/mentoring style. The successful candidate for this job is preferably someone who has an established track record of successfully delivering for accounts within the Staffing space
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible to lead a team of 5 to 8 recruiters based out of different locations including offshore team
Establish sales goals and objectives from current and new accounts. Work with the recruitment team to achieve the same
Establish and enforce discipline, including contact and opportunity forecasting
Provide formal performance management to the sales team in order to drive performance towards meeting and / or exceeding sales plans and objectives
Should actively recruit for senior IT positions
Should have the ability to allocate requirements to team and work along with them to come up with the best results
Provide detailed forecasting, metrics and reports to the Executive Team
To sum it up we are looking for a top performer who can build recruitment teams and achieve aggressive sales targets
Needs to have valid references regarding his past employment and performances
A Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of experience
Recruitment and team management experience focused on recruiting for full time and consulting positions
Prior verifiable experience at a senior level with a reputed IT Staffing/Consulting Company is required
Should have continuously managed a recruitment team with a minimum revenue generation of $8-$10 Million a year for the last few years
Experience working with various VMS like Beeline, People click, Fieldglass and others is highly desired
Should have demonstrated past experience in achieving requirement goals for VMS based positions
Work under pressure and should be able to deliver results. Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Needs to be highly organized
Should have extensive experience with best recruitment strategies like client mapping and pro active recruitment
Should be able to demonstrate how to win against competition using the same
Extensive experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and should be able to advice us to adopt to the most productive system in the market
Outstanding organization, communication, management and presentation skills
Experience working with executive team to plan and implement recruitment strategies and proven ability to develop long term, profitable business strategies
Must have achieved aggressive recruitment goals
Should have very good understanding of technologies and various verticals
Highly developed customer relations and negotiation skills. Should be a skilled negotiator, able to build relationships and close deals
Creative thinker with an independent mind
Exemplary verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills.
