The Recruitment Coordinator provides back office support for the hiring process.

The coordinator will assist other Recruitment professionals in recruitment operations i.e. managing requisitions, completing pre and post recruitnment transactions, managing the on-boarding process and performing any post on-boarding activities.

This position requires a solid knowledge base of all IBM hiring practices and procedures as well as local regulations and legal considerations in the hiring country.
