Make sure CVs screening and candidates interviews are done following the procedure in place (FSEs Interview Guide) and analyze cycle time at each step
Ensure a correct coordination between the recruiter and the Technical interviewers. Analyze cycle time and eventually roadblock and propose possible solutions
Organize at least TWO recruiting events per month in your HUB.
Be fully responsible for all the activities ran by the recruiting agencies; give clear quantitative and qualitative targets to the Agencies and assess them on the results on a monthly basis.
