The ideal Recruiter should have at least 2 - 5 years US recruiting experience

Experienced in US IT recruitment with experience in work with contract/ permanent hires, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment life cycle.

Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients

Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.

Expertise in screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets, interview coordination, selection and on boarding process.

Job Description:
Candidate must have recruited in a software Development company /IT staffing firm with direct clients or tier 1 vendors

Full life-cycle recruiting experience

Prior experience to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, internet, networking, and referrals

Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the business unit.

Must have good vendor contacts, good consultants database on various technologies (GC, citizen and H1B) & should able to source consultants in a fast pace.

Should have experience in working on various tax terms like corp-to-corp, contract to hire, 1099

The candidate should have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio.

Candidates must be willing to work as per US EST time zone
