The candidate will be looking for an excellent Sourcer for US market with speed to time and good vendor relationships to service our Direct Investment banking client
Must be willing to work Inida Night shift
Must be able to work in high-paced environment
Candidates who have prior experience sourcing for Investment banking / Financial clients will be given preference.
Role
Recruit for end client requirements. Team up with the Resoure Manager to fullfill requirements and meet deadlines.
Deliver excellent candidate matching and exceeding clients expectations measured by various criteria
Educational background and job relevant experience
Technical skills expertise
Functional and subject matter expertise
Soft skills and personality traits suitable for job type and level
Deliver candidates as per defined SLA`s and turnaround times
Pro-actively screen candidates to maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Grow and Maintain string pipeline of prospective customers
Excellent sourcing skills
Good networking capabilities
Vendor relationship
Able to work long hours during if needed
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Related filed.
Prefer candidates with IT or Sales Background.
Passive candidate search in LinkedIn / Networking sites is good to have.
Must have strong sence of commitment in attaining goals.
