Candidates should have minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment field in the manufacturing and engineering industry.
The ideal candidate should be well aware of the entire recruitment life cycle and experienced in recruiting candidates in diverse technologies.
Should have knowledge in basic concepts like sourcing, validating, lining up candidates for interview, follow-up for shortlisting and final joining follow-up.
Excellent communication skills is a must, Self-motivation and Zeal to excel are required.
