Candidate should have experience in end to end recruitment role involving front - ending interactions with hiring managers, identifying candidates, screening resumes, determining offers, offer negotiations.

Responsibilities:
Work with hiring managers to develop hiring plans to meet staffing needs.

Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, and candidate referrals.

Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering the careers NVIDIA has to offer the Industry`s top talent.

Manage recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including successfully pre-closing candidates on opportunities at NVIDIA

Record recruitment activities into our applicant tracking system, Resumix.

Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree (EE, CS or technical degree preferred).

3 + years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing.

3 + years of experience in internet sourcing and cold calling.

Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and communication skills required.

Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products.

Ideal candidates will have familiarity/knowledge of consumer electronics, semiconductor and software industries and trends.
