Responsible for doing IT Recruitment`s for direct clients in US
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US
Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks with minimum turn-around-time.
High proficiency on job boards & boolean strings search techniques is required
Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive candidates
Should have worked with GC/ US citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1/OP, 3rd party requirements
Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 corp-to-corp
Excellent telephonic etiquette
Excellent written and oral english
Need to work in the night shifts(EST time zone)
