The person would support all the functions of Deloitte in sourcing for the Requirements.
The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting employees with the requisite qualifications and experience.
This will involve sourcing resumes through various channels like Portals and Internal database like RMS and HR - interviewing and qualifying candidates to be shared with the recruiters.
This job will also require the incumbent to manage relationships with internal clients to understand their and anticipate their requirements
