Must be detail-oriented with strong communications, relationship building, and team building skills.
Must have excellent documentation, written and communication skills.
Role & Responsibility:-
Develop and maintain relationships with the recruitment team
Enhance the team`s recruitment capabilities and productivity through innovative
Understand the challenges faced at the ground level with current policies and processes
Work with management to implement productivity enhancement projects and processes
Mentor recruiters and groom them to take up higher roles and responsibilities
Very strong managerial skills
Ability to train and impart knowledge
Strong People skills
