The incumbent will be responsible for both business development as well as recruitment.
The incumbent will be responsible for nurturing relationship with the client companies and to develop new clients to ensure healthy flow of business.
An important component of job is `hands on` ability to recruit technical and managerial jobs in Engineering, process industries and Infra-structure fields.
The incumbent is expected to work against targets.
A professionally qualified person with proven track record of recruitment in one or two of the following areas: Engineering, Automobile, Infrastructure, Consumer durable, telecom.
A person from Recruitment business will be preferred.
The emphasis will be on business attitude, professionalism and achievement orientation.
Dynamic and hands on person who treats work as a challenge and achievement as his or her personal goal.
