Candidate will be responsible for sourcing the profiles/talents from different sources like job board/portals, internal job portal, and employee referrals.
Initial Prescreening/interviewing and shortlist the candidates for the technical evaluation.
Responsible for Setting up interviews and streamlining process.
Hands-on in updated technologies
Experience in team handling
Experienced in vendor management
Salary negotiation
Handling bulk recruitments.
Managing end to end recruitments.
Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines
Keep the candidates warm if they selected for a project
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the clients
Doing market analysis
Maintaining and updating database of profiles
Doing the reference check for the candidates
