The incumbent would be recruiting for primarily IT Skill sets for Metabyte`s clients (Direct/VMS)
Use best-practice recruiting techniques to identify and screen potential consultants for skills that meet our project needs.
Recruiting with referrals and internet job sites
Background & Referral Checks.
Using your demonstrated technical background to more closely manage and identify key talent throughout the recruiting process.
Interviewing, screening and testing Technology professionals
Networking within Technical User Groups.
Constantly reaching out to new applicants via phone and email.
Reading and evaluating technical resumes.
Work closely with team members
Writing skills are mandatory
