Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
Should be good in mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.
Will be responsible for in house/end client (domestic & global) recruitments for our IT/Support functions.
Reference check of candidates to ensure their authenticity and relevance.
Devise and implement innovative methods for recruitment.
Good knowledge of IT skills terminology.
Must be able to multi-task and possess a sense of urgency.
Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills.
