Team handling and problem resolution,revenue generation,focus on client delivery
Responsible for individual as well as team targets if it`s a senior level
Recruiters will be responsible for their own budgets and other activities given by team lead time to time
Responsible for the business development in the assigned region.
Industry mapping
Defining the budgets the region and consultant wise allocation of the budgets.
Competency mapping of self & team members.
Allocating the mandates to the team based on the competency of the team member.
Guiding the team members in understanding the expectations of the clients for the assigned mandate.
Conducting preliminary interviews and short listing the candidates
Frequently meet up with prospective clients.

Maintaining database
