Provide staffing support by sourcing IT professionals for both contract and permanent positions in US / UK market, recruit for our preferred and direct clients.
Should have exposed to Full recruitment cycle.
Understands H1B processing and complete tax terms in US./ Understands employments laws in UK Market.
Must be able to do head hunting.
Must understand various sourcing models/ Techniques.
Should have strong acument towards technology and current IT trends.
Must be able to hold the conultants, and can provide the feed backs and updates.
Should take the responsibility of delivery/on boarding of the candidate.
Demands ability to successfully utilize email contact, conduct phone interviews, build database of potential candidates, job to candidate matching and candidate screening.
Extensive use of internet search engines and design of productive job ads to locate and attract qualified candidates. Request and follow up on current candidate referrals.
