Candidate should have 3 years of recruiting US experience in IT Staffing and consulting company for mid-level recruiter.

Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted searches, plus prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques

Demonstrated business partnering and relationship management abilities

Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet demands of a high volume recruiting environment

Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion

A self starter who is able to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced environment with competing demands and minimal supervision

Ability to successfully work on multiple requisitions at any given time

Must have a proactive approach to recruiting

Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, HTML desirable

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Source, recruit, and present qualified key talent for all current openings

Utilize various sourcing strategies for each open requisition ensuring the attraction of the most qualified talent

Prepare candidates for the interview process, ensuring that the candidate experience is both positive and professional

Implement and perform a quality control check on an ongoing basis with all hiring managers

Maintain a close relationship with key candidates through the interview process and make closure with all applicants

Desired Profile
BA/BS preferred

1 -2 years working in a professional environment

Outgoing with strong verbal and written communication skills

General knowledge and understanding of full cycle recruiting

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)

Have strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and documenting skills

Ability to work well independently as well as within a team

Possess superior time management and problem solving skills
