Techgene Solutions is looking for IT Recruiters (US Operation) with 2+ Years of experience in recruiting with all the leading IT technologies and domains.
Handled the full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating technical tests & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibility till joining of candidates.)
Should be an expert in using the search strings on the registered job portals
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Prior experience in IT recruiting within the IT staff augmentation industry is a must.
Identify top talent utilizing various job boards, networking, referrals and user groups.
Knowledge of common terms used in IT industry and awareness about common software and packages prevalent in the job market
Effective customer service including good interpersonal skills.
