A successful candidate must be familiar with recruiting various technical positions simultaneously while providing excellent customer service to the client and potential candidates.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Posting requirements on Subscription/Free Job-Boards

Using internal and external Resume databases and Subcontracting vendors as resources to search and screen candidates

Conducting professional assessment over the telephone for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.

Conducting technical assessment for suitability to the job requirement by conducting technical interviews and tests.

Performing all due-diligence steps including background screening, reference checking to mitigate fulfillment risks.

Arranging and scheduling interviews etc.

Actively seeking candidates to fit specific openings on a pro-active basis.

Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins.

Resume formatting and editing

Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Required Skills:
Candidate must have extensive background in IT Staffing Industry.

Should have hands on experience with recruiting, selection, hiring, and delivery.

Candidate shall have experience in working with direct and Tier 1 clients.
