Looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiters for our US Operations who has experience in Sourcing, calling and screening the candidates and co-ordinating with BDMS.
Good sourcing skills across all IT technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Involved in end to end IT -recruitment for various skills.
Excellent experience in sourcing and screening the candidates.
High level of initiative and self-motivation, highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Posting jobs on job portals and Wide exposure to various sourcing methods and proven track records in recruitment would be an added advantage.
