Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently for talent
hunts and sourcing.
Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
Should be well versed with MS office, Outlook( not mandatory), extensive browsing involved.
Interview scheduling/ Pre Screening candidates.
Follow ups with the candidates till they join.
Organizing documentation work involving contract agreements with candidates.
Building and maintaining Database of contacts and resumes and other such info.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST AND ALSO PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YUOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFTS.
