Provide staffing of IT professionals for client out-source placement, both contract and permanent, recruit for our preferred and direct clients.
Responsible for working directly with clients to identify needs, receive requirements, set interviews, obtain candidate feedback, etc.
Demands ability to successfully utilize email contact, conduct phone interviews, build database of potential candidates, job to candidate matching and candidate screening.
Extensive use of internet search engines and design of productive job ads to locate and attract qualified candidates. Request and follow up on current candidate referrals.
Conduct phone screens to assess individual`s skill level and communication abilities and determine if candidate will meet the client`s needs.
Format resumes as specified by client or agency, build matrices, gather forms, references, documentation, certifications, etc.
Utilize technical testing sites and IT staff resources for additional skill assessments.
Maintain contact with current employees and keep pending candidate`s up to date regarding progress of upcoming projects and submittals.
