Proven experience in recruiting IT, ITES talents.
Effective communication and negotiation skills with good attitude.
Must have excellent experience in working with job portals (Naukri, Monster) – Should know various search strings like Boolean..
Working experience in Contract Staffing will be a Plus
Should have excellent Sourcing skills, Head Hunting, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, etc.
Should be an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
