Triumph Systems is looking for Technical Recruiters to work with our Management Team.
Should be a head hunter technical Recruiter
Will be responsible for sourcing candidates for the open requirements.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to hunt the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team management skills.
Responsibilities include (not limited to)
Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles to the Account Management Team.
Recruiting IT talent, through headhunting,network, research, portals
Identify suitable Candidates quickly for client submission , screening Candidates, Negotiating Rates/Salary , Co-ordinate Interviews & complete relevant documentation.
Candidate relationship Management
Creating & Managing the database pool
Graduate/MBA with experience in IT / ITES Recruitment
