Candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in recruitment.
Handling end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, scheduling, screening & interviewing, co-ordinating with the management, finalizing and further selecting and offering) on a daily basis and working on multiple requirements (Strictly adhering to company policies at the same time).
Extensive usage of various job-boards like naukri, monster and times jobs, mass-mailing and job postings, handling employee referrals, building candidature through social networking websites and by word of mouth.
Maintaining multiple trackers and employee data with the help of various tools and applications.
Co-ordinating with the in-house-client, understanding the business needs and further fulfilling their requirements.
