Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
Should be good in Mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.
Should have extensive experience with Job board, Networking, bulk hiring within the time frames.
Negotiating Terms of Employment including salary negotiations
Assuring High Quality and Quantity of candidates within allotted Tight Timeframes
Reference check of candidates to ensure their authenticity and relevance.
The candidate might be required to take care of some HR responsibilities also.
Track competition to understand recruiting trends as well as potential compensation and reward trends.
Devise and implement innovative methods for recruitment
Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency
Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills
Desired Profile
The candidate should be proficient in searching and screening suitable resumes mostly for the position of Desktop Engineers (DL1,DL2),Technical Helpdesk Coordinators and Network Engineers(NL1) i.e Hardware and Networking Engineers and lining them up for the interview at the Client site .
Should be good enough for pressure handling.
