Be aware of various sectors like Insurance, Securities, Banking, BPO, IT, Manufacturing, Service etc
Desired Profile:
Has to line-up the candidates for different profiles from the given data.
Has to convey and convince the candidate about given profile.
Has to co-ordinate between candidate and client.
Has to co-ordinate with HR and superiors of the companies.
