IBM Global Services India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore 6–9 Yrs Share this jobThe incumbent will perform an HR role and participate in a gamut of HR functions like the recruitment process, performance appraisal, employee developmental initiatives and employee communication.
The incumbent should also have the ability to manage complex team situations, effectively handle employee relations and managing diversity in keeping with evolving work ethics and dynamic market scenarios.
He/She will also be involved in formulating and implementing employee motivational programs, managing employee relations and introducing innovative HR practices across the Organization.
Works closely with the HR Engagement Manager from the engagement phase to contract signature in order to establish a team for on-boarding the affected employees.
Responsible for developing a positive working relationship with transferring staff and a detailed understanding of the HR Solution, deal specific HR terms and conditions, and contract deliverables.

Implementation, renewing HR Process, procedures and practices
Drive implementation of people related programs.
Partner with biz managers in achieving organizational goals with company strategy
Attrition Management: Responsible for identifying possible attrition cases with Operations Managers and making action plan to control.
Should have a flair for reaching out to employees and engage with groups of employees at regular intervals, proactively.
Should have a keenness to understand the bigger picture, the business strategy and take proactive steps to support from a Human Resources perspective.
Should have the perseverance to track outstanding issues and customer pain points down to logical closure.
