Posting vacancies on job portals and paper advertisements.
Sourcing profiles through portals, internal database, references etc.,
Responsible for selecting the pool of potential candidates through volume hiring.
Screening and short-listing profiles and cold calling.
Allocation of panel members for technical/functional interviews with concern department.
Conducting initial face to face HR interviews.
Completing all the joining formalities and ensuring required documentation.
Issue of offer/Appointment letter.
Allocation of employee Id and submission of new recruit details to accounts department.
Creation and updating of personal files.
Responsible for employee payroll including salary negotiation and making offers.
Involve in HR polices like holiday and leave allocation to the employees.
Maintaining rapport with candidates and Post offer follow-up with candidates.
Maintain new joinees and resigned/absconding list of employees every month for month end process.
