Candidate will be taking care of Recruitment & Selection (70%) and 30% involvement in Generalist Role like; Training & Development, Responsible for performance management System, Responsible for Statutory & Buyer Compliance, Formulation of policies and procedures.
MBA/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management with 5-8 years of experience would do.
ICSA is looking for candidates preferably from ITES or IT Industries.
